- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience working with Stibo STEP Master Data Management (MDM) platform along with experience in Javascript or Java/J2ee.

- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Stibo STEP MDM across multiple domains like Product Customer, Supplier etc.

- Strong understanding of data modelling concepts and experience in designing data models within Stibo STEP.

- Strong knowledge of data integration tools and techniques such as ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, REST APIs, and 3rd party integrations using web services.

- Stibo STEP certification is a plus.

- Knowledge of Informatica PIM will be a plus.

- Database knowledge and SQL

- Knowledge about an IDE and how to debug code.

- Understanding of the ER model XML, XSD, JSON, CSV and other data formats.

Responsibilities :

- Propose technical options and solutions along with a thorough comparative analysis of these different options.

- Guide the team for design and implementation.

- Interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications for PIM solutions.

- Define implementation processes, quality gates, and standards.

- Perform data analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve data quality, data integrity, and system performance issues.

- Support development & test teams in the installation & configuration of the Stibo STEP platform.
