Description :

- 2- 3 years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.

- Strong knowledge of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs.

- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React/Angular optional).

- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices.

- Understanding of Git and version control workflows.

- Knowledge of RSpec/Minitest for testing.

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerized deployments.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

- Prior exposure to HRTech, FinTech, or enterprise-scale applications.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
