- Own the technical direction and architecture for application development teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise technology standards.

- Design and drive enterprise-grade solutions using Java 21 and Spring Boot.

- Define scalable, resilient, and maintainable microservices architectures for complex business applications.

- Lead cloud-native application development and deployments across AWS and Azure environments.

- Design and oversee Kubernetes-based application deployments, including scalability and reliability considerations.

- Establish API-first and event-driven architecture patterns for modern distributed systems.

- Conduct architecture reviews and create HLDs, LLDs, and technical governance frameworks.

- Identify technical risks, evaluate design alternatives, and drive architecture decisions across projects.

- Mentor engineering teams on architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and modern development practices.

- Promote the effective use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and similar technologies to improve engineering productivity.

Skillset :

- 9+ years of experience in Java application development and software architecture.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Java 21 and Spring Boot.

- Proven experience designing and implementing microservices-based architectures.

- Strong knowledge of AWS and/or Azure cloud-native application development.

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized application deployments.

- Strong understanding of API-first architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven systems.

- Experience in developing High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and architecture governance.

- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance, and application resiliency.

- Experience mentoring technical teams and providing architectural and technical leadership.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or equivalent tools.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
