As an Android Developer at StatusNeo, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our diverse clientele. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into robust and user-friendly mobile experiences. Your work will directly impact the success of our clients' mobile initiatives, enabling them to reach wider audiences and achieve significant business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin, Android SDK, and Jetpack Compose to meet client specifications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to define, design, and ship new features that enhance user experience.

- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code, adhering to established coding standards and best practices, to ensure maintainability and scalability.

- Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure code quality across the team.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to ensure application stability and performance.

- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of mobile applications.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends and technologies to continuously improve our development processes and product offerings.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our mobile development processes and best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Android development using Kotlin, Android SDK, and related technologies.

- Solid understanding of architectural patterns such as MVVM and Design Patterns.

- Experience with Jetpack Compose for building modern and responsive UIs.

- Familiarity with Room Database for local data persistence.

- Experience with Git for version control and collaborative development.

- Ability to write comprehensive unit and UI tests to ensure code quality.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
