Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Leader to drive the adoption of AI across our PMS and AIF businesses. This role will be responsible for identifying automation opportunities, designing AI-powered products and workflows, and building scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency, client experience, decision-making, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the organization's AI and automation roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Lead the development of AI-powered capabilities across PMS and AIF products, research, sales and client servicing, investment operations, and compliance.

- Design and implement agentic AI systems, workflows, and automation solutions using modern AI frameworks and orchestration platforms.

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, decision-making, and user experience through AI-driven solutions.

- Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational and product requirements into scalable AI-powered applications and workflows.

- Evaluate and drive adoption of emerging AI technologies, tools, and platforms, including Claude, Claude Code, OpenAI, Anthropic, MCP, LangGraph, and related ecosystems.

- Establish standards for AI architecture, governance, security, deployment, monitoring, and performance measurement.

- Build and scale the AI automation function, providing technical direction and mentorship as the capability grows.

- Drive the successful delivery and continuous improvement of AI initiatives from concept to production.

Requirements :

- 8- 15 years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, AI engineering, automation, or related technology roles.

- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications and workflow automation solutions.

- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, agentic workflows, and multi-agent systems.

- Hands-on experience with platforms and frameworks such as Claude, OpenAI, LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, Google ADK, CrewAI, Agno, or similar technologies.

Experience with workflow automation and orchestration tools such as n8n, UiPath, Zapier, Make, or equivalent platforms.

- Experience integrating AI and automation solutions with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar customer relationship management systems.

- Strong proficiency in Python, APIs, cloud platforms, and modern software architecture.

- Experience evaluating, implementing, and scaling AI solutions in a business environment.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.

- Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, fintech, banking, or other regulated industries will be an advantage.
