- Drive the adoption of modern technologies and best practices.

- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in backend development.

4. Project Planning and Execution :

- Collaborate with product managers to understand project requirements and priorities.

- Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.

- Execute projects in a timely manner, meeting quality standards and deadlines.

5. Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution :

- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in the backend systems.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement necessary fixes and enhancements.

- Ensure proper monitoring and logging to proactively identify and address issues.

6. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams :

- Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver cohesive solutions.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.

- Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams for deployment and performance optimization.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience in backend engineering roles.

- Strong expertise in Python, Postgres, React, Typescript, and BigQuery.

- Proven track record of technical leadership and guidance.

- Experience in system architecture and design of scalable solutions.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
