Job Description :

Own frontend architecture using React/Next.js; design scalable applications and reusable components. Drive performance, quality and frontend standards. Lead technical design, mentor engineers, and solve complex production challenges.

Requirements :

- 8+ yrs frontend engineering experience

- Strong expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript

- Deep knowledge of frontend architecture and System Design

- Experience with REST APIs and building scalable web applications

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and maintain robust frontend systems using React.js and Next.js to ensure seamless user experiences across all platform modules.

- Lead the design and implementation of complex, reusable UI components that enhance development velocity and maintain design consistency.

- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks in rendering, state management, and network requests to ensure sub-second load times.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate complex backend APIs into the frontend, ensuring data integrity and security.

- Establish and enforce rigorous code review processes and documentation standards to maintain high-quality engineering output.

- Drive the adoption of modern frontend technologies and system design patterns to keep the platform at the cutting edge of web development.
