We are seeking a Staff Engineer to design, build, and scale next-generation systems for our products. The ideal candidate is an expert in Python, Node.js, or Golang, with strong experience in architecting and delivering complex, high-performance solutions on AWS.

As a Staff Engineer, youll provide technical leadership across teams, influence architectural direction, and ensure engineering excellence in a high-growth product environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize large-scale, distributed systems with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.

- Partner with Product Managers, Architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Contribute to and maintain system architecture, ensuring scalability and cost efficiency on AWS.

- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and suggesting improvements.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term fixes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 712 years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record in product-based organizations.

- Strong expertise in at least one programming language: Python, Node.js, or Golang.

- Hands-on experience designing and scaling distributed systems and microservices.

- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, ECS/EKS, etc.).

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to balance technical depth with business needs.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and streaming systems (Kafka, Kinesis, etc.).

- Contributions to open-source or engineering communities.

- Prior experience influencing technical strategy across teams.
