Position : Staff Engineer - Python

Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

System Design and Architecture :

- Design and build large-scale data pipelines using Python and Java.

- Drive the technical strategy and standards for software development within the team.

Development and Optimization :

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to ensure maximum performance and reliability.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.

Cloud and DevOps Integration :

- Integrate and leverage various cloud services to enhance system functionality and performance.

- Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy and maintain applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Technical Leadership and Mentorship :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into detailed technical specifications.

Required Skills :

Programming & Experience :

- Expert-level proficiency in Python.

- Strong experience with a secondary programming language, preferably Java.

System Design & Data Engineering :

- Deep understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture principles.

Cloud & DevOps :

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Problem-Solving & Mentorship :

- Proven experience in a mentorship or technical leadership capacity.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of other cloud providers like Azure or GCP.

- Strong background in data modeling and database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.

- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
