About the Role :

We're looking for product-focused engineers who enjoy building scalable systems that power real customer experiences. You'll work on high-impact fintech products involving payments, distributed systems, and developer platforms.

What You'll Build :

- Recurring Payment Infrastructure (UPI Autopay, eNACH, Cards)

- High-volume Transaction Processing Systems

- Payment Orchestration Platforms

- Reconciliation Engines

- Merchant & Customer Workflows

- Developer-facing APIs and SDKs

- Reliability, Monitoring & Observability Platforms

- Scalable Backend Services and Distributed Systems

Responsibilities :

- Own product initiatives end-to-end, from design to production.

- Build scalable, resilient, and secure systems.

- Drive architectural decisions and engineering best practices.

- Ensure high standards of quality, reliability, and operational excellence.

- Collaborate closely with product and cross-functional teams to solve real business problems.

- Leverage AI tools across development, testing, debugging, and documentation workflows.

What We're Looking For :

- Proven experience building and shipping products used by real customers.

- Strong system design and architecture fundamentals.

- Deep understanding of APIs, distributed systems, scalability, and reliability.

- Experience owning systems end-to-end.

- Strong product mindset with high ownership and bias for action.

- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.

- Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day engineering workflows.
