Responsibilities :

You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable systems that support our platform and services.

- Infrastructure Management : Oversee and optimize our cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to ensure high availability, security, and scalability.

- CI/CD Pipeline : Develop, maintain, and enhance Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, enabling faster and more reliable software delivery.

- Automation : Implement and manage automation tools for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment, using technologies like Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, and Chef.

- Monitoring & Logging : Establish and manage comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to ensure the health and performance of applications and infrastructure.

- Collaboration : Work closely with software development and IT teams to design and deploy robust solutions, troubleshoot issues, and improve overall system reliability.

- Security : Implement and enforce security best practices across the development and deployment processes.

- Technical Leadership : Provide mentorship and support to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

- On-call Issues : Participate in on-call issues, leading the troubleshooting and resolution of production issues to maintain the high availability and performance of our applications.

- Recruitment : Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new engineers, helping to uphold the team's technical standards.

What Would Excite Us ?

- 4+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role.

- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).

- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

- Solid scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell.

- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).

- Good understanding of networking, security, and database administration.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
