We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Engineer/Associate Architect to join our core engineering team. As a Staff Engineer at Hyperface, you will play a critical role in architecting, building, and scaling our technology platform. You will be hands-on with complex problem-solving while also mentoring engineers and influencing the technical direction of our products.

Responsibilities :

- Design, architect, and implement scalable and resilient systems for Hyperface's credit card platform.

- Drive best practices in coding, architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Mentor and guide engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.

- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges related to scalability, performance, and reliability.

- Evaluate and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies that align with business goals.

- Contribute to long-term technical strategy and roadmap for Hyperface's products.

Requirements :

- 7- 12 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2-3 years in a senior or lead role.

- Proficiency in modern backend technologies (Java, Go, or Node.js ) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Strong expertise in system design, microservices architecture, distributed systems, and APIs.

- Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and caching solutions.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong product and customer focus.

- Proven track record of mentoring and technical leadership within engineering teams.
