Description :

Seeking an experienced SSRS Report Developer with strong expertise in report development, including BRF (Banking Regulatory Framework) reports.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), data analysis, and financial data management, along with a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance reporting requirements.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards for banking and regulatory reporting needs.

- Develop and automate BRF (Banking Regulatory Framework) reports, ensuring compliance with banking regulations

- Work closely with Finance and their business teams to gather business and regulatory reporting requirements.

- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data extraction scripts for reporting.

- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of regulatory reports submitted to authorities.

- Collaborate with data warehouse and ETL teams to source and validate data for reporting.

- Perform data reconciliation, validation, and quality assurance on reporting datasets.

- Maintain documentation for report logic, data lineage, and regulatory report specifications.

- Automation using Power Automate.

Competency Profile :

Education :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Professional / Technical Qualifications / Diplomas : Desired SSRS Report Developer

Experience :

- More than 3+ years of experience in designing end-to-end reporting solutions using SSRS.

- 3+ years of strong SQL query ,data modeling and data warehouse

- Banking Knowledge is must

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience in data validation, data reconciliation, and ensuring compliance accuracy.
