Delphi Expert :

- 3-5 years of exp in Delphi development. Understanding and experience in RDBMS needed.

- Ability to write code in Delphi, understand component level coding. Technically strong and should be able to work with team and guide team to resolve technical challenges.

- Understand and follow standard coding processes. Use best practices for development project, secure coding, etc.

- Strong debugging and investigation skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills needed

- Experience in Agile Delivery & BFSI domain is desirable.

- Team player. Ready to learn & share knowledge with Team members.

Must Haves :

- Strong OOPs concepts

- Delphi (actively worked on Delphi 5/6/7 OR any recent Delphi Versions)

- RDBMS

- Good communication skills

Good to have :

- MSSQL Server

- COM

- Retail Domain

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Delphi
