We are looking for an experienced Squad Lead to drive large-scale Data Center Migration initiatives across cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

This is a leadership role requiring a strong blend of technical expertise, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Data Center Migration programs to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Define migration strategies including rehosting, replatforming, and refactoring

- Manage and mentor a cross-functional squad of engineers, architects, and DevOps professionals

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align migration roadmaps with organizational goals

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security during and post migration

- Drive best practices around cloud architecture, cost optimization, and governance

- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies for large-scale migration programs

- Oversee performance tuning, monitoring, and post-migration stabilization

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12 - 14 years of overall IT experience with strong leadership exposure

- Proven experience in Data Center Migration projects to cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Hands-on understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and security

- Experience with migration tools like AWS Migration Hub, Azure Migrate, or similar

- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and on-prem infrastructure

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Good to Have :

- Certifications in AWS / Azure / GCP

- Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments

- Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
