Role Overview :

As a Senior Specialist Cloud Engineering, you will lead the design, deployment, and optimization of our cloud infrastructure to support high-throughput blockchain applications. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to architect resilient, scalable environments that handle complex data workloads. Your contributions will directly influence the performance and reliability of our platform, ensuring that our clients receive seamless, secure, and high-availability services in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain robust cloud-native infrastructure on AWS or GCP to ensure high availability and performance for enterprise-scale applications.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools to reduce manual overhead and improve deployment consistency.

- Implement advanced monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks to proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks before they impact end-users.

- Collaborate with software development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines, accelerating the delivery of features while maintaining rigorous security standards.

- Optimize cloud resource utilization and cost structures to ensure operational efficiency without compromising system reliability.

- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for cloud security, disaster recovery, and system scalability across the organization.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing complex cloud environments, with a deep understanding of microservices architecture and container orchestration using Kubernetes.

- Proven ability to write and maintain complex automation scripts and IaC templates using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

- Strong proficiency in managing cloud networking, security protocols, and identity access management to protect sensitive enterprise data.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical cloud strategies into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, backed by 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering roles.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Bangalore, demonstrating high adaptability to evolving project requirements and team dynamics.
