Role Overview :

As a DevOps Engineer at Spydra, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our blockchain ecosystems. You will work closely with software developers and product managers to streamline deployment pipelines, ensuring that our services remain highly available and secure. Your daily contributions will directly impact the reliability of our platforms, enabling seamless scaling as we onboard new enterprise clients and handle increasing transaction volumes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and manage automated CI/CD pipelines to accelerate the delivery of high-quality code across development and production environments.

- Orchestrate containerized applications using Docker to ensure consistency and portability across our distributed infrastructure.

- Monitor system performance and implement proactive alerting mechanisms to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.

- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot deployment issues and refine infrastructure-as-code practices for better maintainability.

- Implement security best practices within the infrastructure layer to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to manage containerized environments using Docker and orchestrate complex services in a production setting.

- Proficiency in managing cloud infrastructure and automating routine operational tasks through scripting or configuration management tools.

- Strong analytical skills to diagnose system bottlenecks and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical requirements to stakeholders.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Bangalore, demonstrating adaptability to evolving project needs and technical challenges.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps and infrastructure management.
