Role Overview:

As a DevOps Engineer at Spydra, you will be responsible for architecting and maintaining the infrastructure that powers our blockchain solutions. You will work closely with software engineering and product teams to automate deployment pipelines, optimize cloud resource utilization, and ensure high availability for our production environments. Your work will directly impact the reliability of our platform, ensuring that our clients experience seamless performance as they scale their decentralized applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines to accelerate the release cycle and ensure consistent deployment quality across environments.

- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure optimal resource allocation and system stability.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management to reduce manual overhead and improve system reliability.

- Monitor system performance and security logs to proactively identify bottlenecks and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement robust disaster recovery protocols.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using modern automation tools to streamline development workflows.

- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes, to support complex microservices architectures.

- Strong experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code tools to manage scalable, cloud-native environments.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and work effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, combined with 4 to 10 years of professional experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.

- Flexibility to work from our Hyderabad office, engaging in collaborative problem-solving and hands-on infrastructure management.
