Spring MVC Developer

We are seeking a skilled Spring MVC developer with 4-7 years of experience in enterprise-grade application development. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in Spring MVC, JSP, and Oracle SQL, coupled with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and J2EE architecture. You will develop features, optimize performance, and contribute to reusable component design within an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement features using Java, Spring MVC, and JSP based on business requirements.

- Identify opportunities for component reuse and design new reusable modules.

- Prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality code.

- Write comprehensive JUnit tests for code reliability and maintainability.

- Participate in performance tuning and application component optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

- Maintain and enhance existing applications by identifying areas for improvement.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback.

Required Qualifications :

- 4-7 years of hands-on Java development experience.

- Strong proficiency in Spring MVC, JSP, and object-oriented design.

- Experience with J2EE application servers (WebLogic or JBoss preferred).

- Solid understanding of Oracle databases and SQL; performance tuning experience a plus.

- Familiarity with servlet-based application architecture and browser-server interactions.

- Experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting (preferred).

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Understanding of RESTful services and API integration.
