Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Requirement Gathering & Analysis :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document clear and actionable business requirements.

- Analyze and refine user needs, ensuring feasibility and clarity for all involved teams.

- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development and testing efforts.

Stakeholder Communication & Coordination :

- Act as a liaison between business teams, developers, QA, and project managers to ensure seamless

communication and understanding of requirements.

- Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions.

- Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and any potential impacts to relevant stakeholders and teams.

Testing & Validation :

- Assist in defining and documenting test cases to ensure new features meet business requirements and function as expected.

- Perform root cause analysis for defects and work with teams to resolve any issues.

- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive and accurate test coverage, driving a higher level of product quality.

Documentation & Reporting :

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user guides, release notes, and other project-related materials.

- Track and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring transparency and timely issue resolution.

- Support post-release validation efforts and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes and system performance.

Experience with Excel & Data Analysis :

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced features such as formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.


- Ability to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights to support decision-making and process improvements.

Experience with CMS & Product Configuration :

- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) for managing product catalogs, configurations, and dynamic content.

- Familiarity with pricing models, product setup, version control, and integrations within CMS environments.

- Ability to work with rule-based engines, content updates, and product lifecycle management tools.

- Understanding of integrations between CMS and other enterprise systems (e. , CRM, ERP), ensuring alignment with overall business systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on requirement gathering, testing, and stakeholder communication.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).

- Experience with CMS platforms and product configuration management.

- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

- Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving : Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

- Certifications in Business Analysis (e., CBAP, CCBA) or related areas.


- Experience working with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise-level systems
