We are looking for a skilled and motivated Implementation Engineer to join our team and help onboard and support our customers through successful deployments and integrations.

Job Summary :

As an Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying our SaaS solutions in both cloud and on-premises environments. You will work closely with clients to configure systems, integrate with third-party applications via REST APIs, and ensure seamless operation across Windows and Linux platforms. Your role will also involve troubleshooting technical issues, configuring user interfaces, and ensuring a smooth transition from implementation to support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deploy and configure SaaS applications in cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-premise environments.

- Install and maintain systems on Windows and Linux servers.

- Ability to manage MS SQL Server and MySQL databases and connectivity

- Integrate with external systems using RESTful APIs- Connectors

- Customize and configure UI components based on customer requirements.

- Troubleshoot deployment, integration, and performance issues.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Support, and Engineering.

- Document implementation processes and provide training to end-users or support teams.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet customer expectations and with in SLA

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in software implementation or systems engineering.

- Strong experience with Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS) environments.

- Proficiency in MS SQL Server and MySQL database setup and management.

- Hands-on experience with REST API integration and troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Ability to configure and customize web-based UIs.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.

- Experience in customer-facing roles or technical consulting.
