Spigot Software - Senior Java Developer - Spring Boot/Microservices Architecture

Requirements :

- Experienced Java Developer with over 10 years of hands-on experience in backend development, cloud technologies, and modern DevOps practices.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Spring Boot, with proven expertise in AWS cloud services, stream processing, and container orchestration.

- 10+ years of professional experience in Java development, with deep expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience working in AWS cloud environments, including services such as EC2 S3 Lambda, RDS, etc.

- Strong experience with stream processing frameworks such as Kafka Streams, and familiarity with Apache Kafka or Confluent Kafka.

- Solid understanding of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.

- Proficient in DevOps practices and tools, including Jenkins, Terraform, Nexus, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, and ECS.

- Familiarity with messaging systems like Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.

- Exposure to financial domain messaging formats (e. g., XML, JSON, and mainframe message formats) is a strong plus.
