Spigot Software - Senior Backend Developer - C#/.Net

Role Summary :

This role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining robust backend solutions using C#/.NET and Angular. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable APIs, microservices, and secure integrations across multiple cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain backend APIs and microservices in C#/.NET Core.

- Design backend systems using C#/.NET (Core, Web API).

- Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and multi-tenant data models.

- Integrate with Angular frontends and ERP systems (Sage, Acumatica).

- Ensure secure, high-performance code aligned with DevSecOps standards.

- Support CI/CD workflows in Azure DevOps and deployment to Kubernetes (AKS).

- Collaborate with architects and DevOps teams on solution scalability and resilience.

- Integrate applications with ERP systems (Sage, Acumatica) via APIs and LogicApps

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

Required Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline

- 5 - 7 years experience

- Strong expertise in developing enterprise-grade .NET applications.

- Strong command of C#, .NET Core, Web API, SQL Server, and Angular

- Experience with Angular, Azure DevOps, and SQL Server.

- Familiarity with microservices, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments (Azure/AWS).

- Understanding of secure coding principles and API authentication (OAuth/JWT).

- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity in their day-to-day work.

Preferred / Plus Factors :

- Background in warehouse management systems or ERP integrations (Sage PVX, Acumatica).

- Familiarity with LogicApps and Power BI data flows.
