About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced ELK Architect to design, implement, and manage enterprise-scale observability and log analytics platforms using the Elastic Stack. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Beats technologies, along with experience in cloud, containerization, and DevOps environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and implement scalable and highly available ELK platforms.

- Manage and optimize Elasticsearch clusters, including sizing, indexing, shard allocation, and performance tuning.

- Design and maintain centralized logging, monitoring, and observability solutions covering logs, metrics, traces, and APM.

- Implement data collection pipelines using Logstash, Filebeat, Metricbeat, and Auditbeat.

- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and alerting frameworks using Kibana.

- Automate deployments and platform administration using CI/CD and DevOps practices.

- Deploy and manage ELK solutions in Docker and Kubernetes environments.

- Integrate ELK platforms with cloud environments and enterprise applications using REST APIs.

- Collaborate with Infrastructure, DevOps, and Security teams to ensure platform performance, scalability, and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 to 12 years of experience in designing and managing enterprise logging and observability platforms.

Strong hands-on experience with :

1. Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana

2. Filebeat, Metricbeat, Auditbeat

3. Linux administration and Shell scripting

Expertise in :

1. Elasticsearch cluster sizing and performance tuning

2. Index management and shard optimization

3. Observability concepts (Logs, Metrics, Traces, APM)

4. CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

5. Networking, security, and infrastructure architecture

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with REST APIs and data integration techniques.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
