Role : Senior Technical Lead / Associate Architect

Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tech Lead / Associate Architect to drive the design, development, and delivery of complex software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in .NET Core, C#, Angular, and Azure cloud services, combined with strong leadership capabilities and experience guiding teams through all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end technical design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

- Oversee and guide the development team, ensuring best practices, coding standards, and architectural integrity.

- Design and implement backend services using .NET Core, C#, and modern architectural patterns such as microservices and serverless.

- Drive the development of responsive and dynamic frontend applications using Angular.

- Architect and build cloud-native solutions using Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, and other Azure cloud offerings.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs while ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.

- Partner with DevOps teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth, automated deployments.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholdersincluding product managers, QA, UX, and business teamsto align technical solutions with business objectives.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.

- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 1012 years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership or architectural role.

- Expert-level proficiency in .NET Core and C# for backend development.

- Strong hands-on experience building rich, user-friendly frontend interfaces using Angular.

- Proven experience working with Azure Functions and other Azure cloud services (App Services, Storage Accounts, Azure SQL, etc.

- In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Serverless architectures.

- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline setup, and version control using Git.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to handle complex technical challenges.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
