- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.

- Implement optimized data models (Star/Snowflake schema) and create advanced DAX measures.

- Perform data cleaning and transformation using Power Query.

- Develop robust SQL queries to extract and prepare data from various data sources.

- Manage Power BI Service administration including :

Workspace & dataset management.
Gateway configuration.
Data refresh scheduling.
Permissions & row-level security (RLS).

- Collaborate with business teams to understand KPIs and translate them into BI solutions.

- Handle basic ETL operations and integrate multiple data sources.

- Optimize report performance, visuals, and user experience.

- Provide documentation, training, and support to clients/users.

- Proficiency in SQL (Joins, CTEs, functions, stored procedures).

- Experience connecting Power BI with various data sources (SQL Server, Excel, cloud sources, APIs, etc.

- Microsoft Fabrics Knowledge is mandatory for full stack BI implementation.

- (Optional) Leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, or Python for extended analytical or automation requirements.
