Spaulding Ridge - NetSuite Solution Consultant

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients to gain a deep understanding of their Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Revenue Recognition, Billing, Record to Report (R2R), Fixed Assets, and other relevant business processes.

- Analyze client's finance and accounting needs, including financial close, transactional reporting, and general ledger (GL) impacts.

- Approach technology implementation with a functional, business, and process-oriented mindset, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

- Leverage your NetSuite expertise to configure and customize the platform to streamline client workflows and optimize financial operations.

- Effectively manage project tasks, proactively communicate progress updates, and keep stakeholders informed.

- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new things to stay current with the latest NetSuite functionalities.

- Foster a collaborative and open communication environment, readily seeking and sharing knowledge with team members.

- Deliver exceptional presentations and possess strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.

- Perform thorough testing and actively support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and cutover activities.

Qualifications :

- 4-6 years of demonstrably successful experience in software consulting, NetSuite implementations, or finance and accounting.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred).

- NetSuite Administrator certification is mandatory.

- Additional NetSuite certifications are a plus.

- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
