About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Software Architect to join our product engineering team in Noida.

This role requires strong technical depth, leadership in agile delivery, and a strategic mindset to shape large-scale digital banking solutions for global clients.

Youll be responsible for driving the architecture and design of enterprise-grade, scalable software systems in a distributed, cloud-native environment while supporting program execution and delivery excellence.

What You Will Do :

- Architect end-to-end software solutions for cloud-based digital platforms across banking and financial services.

- Lead delivery across large-scale product engagements, ensuring quality, scalability, and resilience.

- Own product-level delivery outcomes such as schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Establish and maintain architectural governance, coding standards, and DevSecOps best practices.

- Work with cross-functional teamsproduct managers, engineering leads, and business stakeholdersto define product roadmap and technical strategy.

- Oversee delivery KPIs, commercial metrics (like gross margin), and project profitability.

- Mentor and lead technical teams, instilling a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Drive agile transformation, delivery modernization, and DevOps automation initiatives.

- Participate in strategic planning and provide thought leadership in technology and solution delivery.

Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.

- 15 to 18 years of total IT experience, with at least 5 years in product or program delivery leadership roles.

- Hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE development, microservices architecture, and API-first design.

- Proven experience working in Agile/SAFe delivery environments.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.

- Demonstrated experience in delivery ownership, team engagement, and transformation leadership
