Job Title : Fullstack Python and Node.js Developer

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer proficient in both Python and Node.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the full stack from frontend interfaces to backend systems and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Python (e.g., Django, FastAPI, Flask) and Node.js (e.g., Express.js, NestJS).

- Develop and integrate RESTful or GraphQL APIs for internal and external services.

- Build dynamic, responsive frontends using React.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into functional web interfaces.

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis and Redshift.

- Implement best practices for performance optimization, testing, and security.

- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar).

- Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes.

- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- 4+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer.

- Strong proficiency in Python and at least one major web framework (e.g., Django, Flask, or FastAPI).

- Strong proficiency in Node.js and one major framework (e.g., Express.js, NestJS)

- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React)

- Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architectures.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization/orchestration tools.

- Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Solid understanding of software testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing).

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with Serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Cloud Functions).

- Familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).

- Knowledge of authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth2, JWT, SSO).

- Experience with data pipelines or machine learning model integration.
