Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

This role requires strong hands-on development expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications aligned with business requirements.

- Lead the development of complex features and modules, ensuring performance, scalability, and security best practices.

- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

- Review code, enforce coding standards, and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.

- Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks. Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends, and recommend improvements where applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development.

- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or equivalent.

- Experience with modern frameworks, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.

- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and Agile methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in leading development teams or projects.

- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native applications.
