We are looking for a talented GenAI Engineer to join Sonata Softwares rapidly growing AI engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, optimizing, and deploying Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and modern cloud technologies. This is a high-impact role where you will design intelligent AI components, automate workflows, and contribute to cutting-edge AI product development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop end-to-end GenAI applications using LLMs, embeddings, and vector search.

- Build RAG pipelines, including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and retrieval optimization.

- Create prompt templates, evaluation frameworks, and fine-tuning workflows.

- Develop scalable Python-based AI services and APIs.

- Deploy and manage AI workloads using Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Work closely with engineering and product teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.

- Monitor performance, optimize model quality, and implement best practices for AI reliability and security.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in GenAI/LLM development.

- Strong programming expertise in Python.

- Experience with RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and cloud services.
