Job Title : Data & BI Support Specialist

Experience : 5-12 years.

Notice Period : Immediate joiners or those currently serving notice.

Professional Work Experience :

- Microsoft SQL Server skills including SSIS, SSAS, DW and Power BI.

- ADF, Databricks and Azure Synapse skills will be preferred.

- Excellent E-Mail and phone communication skills.

- Experience in guiding BI Support Engineers.

- Experience in a global environment.

- Ability to read code and support applications, reports and processes.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic Purpose of the Position :

To have a dedicated internal Data & BI representative in India to serve EMEA regional business teams on all Data & BI topics.

Position Description in Brief and Approx Spend of Time in % :

- BI and Data platform application maintenance and support : 20%.

- Supervise the BI and Data Platform support queue and provide solutions as per SLA : 20%.

- Collaborate with business on various data topics : 20%.

- Identify development needs in order to improve and streamline support, e.g., performance improvements : 20%.

- Analyze business requirements and prepare specifications for product development : 20%.
