Key Responsibilities :

Cloud FinOps & Financial Governance :

- Manage infrastructure budget planning, forecasting, and tracking.

- Drive infrastructure cost optimization initiatives across cloud and on-prem environments.

- Develop and operationalize showback, chargeback, and debit frameworks.

- Establish infrastructure financial governance processes and controls.

- Create executive dashboards for spend visibility, consumption trends, and optimization opportunities.

- Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Technology teams to drive financial accountability.

Procurement & Commercial Management :

- Manage PR/PO lifecycle for infrastructure services.

- Track contracts, renewals, and vendor commercial commitments.

- Support infrastructure financial planning and procurement governance.

- Ensure timely processing of technology procurements and budget utilization.

Infrastructure Governance & Transformation :

- Own and maintain the Infrastructure roadmap.

- Coordinate with Cloud, Network, Security, Platform, Workplace, and Data Center teams.

- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalations.

- Facilitate governance reviews and leadership reporting.

- Drive execution discipline across infrastructure initiatives.

Agentic AI Development & Automation :

- Design, build, and deploy AI agents to automate FinOps, governance, and operational workflows.

- Create AI agents for budget monitoring, cost anomaly detection, cost optimization recommendations, PR/PO tracking, executive reporting, risk identification, compliance monitoring, and infrastructure health insights.

- Build copilots and workflow agents leveraging enterprise AI platforms.

- Integrate AI solutions with ITSM, monitoring, cloud, and financial systems.

- Continuously improve operational efficiency through AI-driven automation.

Enterprise AI & Infrastructure Innovation :

- Support larger AI transformation initiatives within the Infrastructure organization.

- Identify use cases where AI can improve productivity, governance, decision-making, and service delivery.

- Collaborate with Cloud, Data, Security, and AI teams to develop scalable enterprise AI solutions.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption opportunities.

- Act as the Infrastructure function's AI champion.

Preferred Technical Skills :

Cloud & FinOps :

- Azure / AWS fundamentals, Cloud Cost Management, FinOps Frameworks, Budgeting & Forecasting, Chargeback / Showback Models.

AI & Automation :

- Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, LangChain / LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Power Platform, Power Automate, API Integrations, Prompt Engineering, RAG Architectures, Workflow Automation.

Governance & Strategy :

- PMO Management, Business Case Development, Executive Reporting, Stakeholder Management, Risk & Dependency Management.

Must have :

- 6+ years of experience.

- Understands Cloud services & costing in depth.

- Experienced in Cloud FinOps - Chargeback, Budget, Cost Optimization, Governance, Tagging.

- Experienced in building AI agents independently using low-code and code-based platforms.

Good to have :

- Certifications - AWS Cloud, FinOps, AI.

- Experience in Cloud business cases.

- PMO experience.
