Job Descriptions :

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Lead with strong expertise in Azure Cloud to lead and manage our DevOps team and practices.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, and cloud-native development on Azure.
You will play a key role in ensuring high availability, scalability, and automation across our infrastructure and application deployments.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of DevOps pipelines across development, testing, and production environments.

- Drive automation of infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep).

- Manage and optimize CI/CD processes using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins,

or similar.

- Ensure smooth containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes (preferably AKS

Azure Kubernetes Service).

- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools like Azure Monitor, Log

Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, or App Insights.

- Establish security best practices, including secrets management, identity and access

management (IAM), and compliance within Azure.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to align DevOps practices with business goals.

- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem activities for critical production issues.

- Mentor and guide a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills :

- Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar software engineering role.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform and its core services (e.g.,

Azure VMs, App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, Storage, Azure DevOps, Key Vault).

- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.

- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.

- Solid knowledge of containerization and orchestration Docker, Kubernetes (AKS preferred).

- Experience in implementing monitoring and logging frameworks Azure Monitor, Log

Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.

- Familiarity with source control systems like Git and platforms like GitHub, Bitbucket, or Azure Repos.

- Understanding of networking, security, and firewall configurations within cloud environments.

- Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, or Python.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in a collaborative DevOps culture.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage risk and identify critical

dependencies.

- Problem-solving attitude with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

- Collaborative team player with a strong commitment to Agile process compliance.

Certifications If Any :

- Any relevant cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer).
