Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and technically proficient DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing automation frameworks, managing CI/CD pipelines, and optimizing development-to-deployment workflows. This role requires expertise in Azure cloud services, Kubernetes orchestration, containerization with Docker, and strong fundamentals in networking and infrastructure security.
You will be instrumental in driving automation, improving system reliability, and ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance deployments.

Key Responsibilities :

Automation & Tooling:

- Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for development, build, testing, deployment, and monitoring processes.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or ARM templates.

Infrastructure & Configuration Management:

- Manage complex and hierarchical configuration structures across multiple environments.

Cloud & Containerization:

- Implement and maintain containerization solutions using Docker and Kubernetes with best practices

for scaling and resilience.

CI/CD Pipeline Management:

- Ensure automated testing, quality checks, and deployment processes are integrated seamlessly into pipelines.

Security & Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to security best practices, compliance standards, and governance policies.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery:

- Contribute to Agile ceremonies, ensuring process compliance across the development lifecycle.

Documentation & Training:

- Conduct training sessions for development teams on DevOps tools and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 47 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, automation, and cloud-based environments.

- Strong expertise in Azure cloud services, Kubernetes, and Docker.

- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, JIRA).

- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent).

- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancing, Firewalls).

- Strong knowledge of system security best practices and vulnerability remediation.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and strong communication abilities.
