We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative and scalable solutions that meet our clients' business needs. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to understand requirements, define architectures, and ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions that align with business goals and technical constraints.
- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, design documents, and technical specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools for solution development.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations and proposal development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
- Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base and best practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience : 3-8 years of experience in software development and architecture.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, .NET).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.
