As a Solutions Developer, you'll be instrumental in the entire lifecycle of our web applications.

Your key responsibilities will include :

- Web Application Development : Design, build, and maintain engaging and high-performance web applications and websites using JavaScript, Java Server Pages (JSP), HTML, and CSS.

- Java/J2EE Development : Develop robust and scalable applications and web services primarily using Java/J2EE technologies.

- Production Support & Troubleshooting : Proactively identify and resolve production issues, updating ticketing systems with detailed resolutions.

- Performance Monitoring : Monitor system performance trends, identify potential bottlenecks, and suggest improvements to ensure optimal operation.

- Collaboration : Work effectively within the team to deliver solutions and contribute to a collaborative development environment.

What You Must Have :

- 1 - 3 years of experience in web application development.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Java Server Pages (JSP), HTML, and CSS.

- Strong development skills in Java/J2EE.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree (BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / MSC / MS / MCA / MCM / MBA or equivalent).

- No gaps during education and career.

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Flexibility to work in UK shifts to support our global operations
