Solution Architect - Voicebot Backend Development

Responsibilities :

- Architect and lead development of scalable Voicebot backend in Node.js/Python.

- Build, manage, and optimize conversational AI workflows (TTS, STT, NLP).

- Define system architecture, data pipelines, and microservice integrations.

- Provide architectural guidance to backend teams for all product verticals.

- Collaborate with product and DevOps teams for deployment strategy.

Must-Have Skills :

- Deep knowledge of Node.js and Python.

- Strong background in LLM, NLP and designing AI-driven voice systems.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), microservices, and API architecture.

- Previous experience in voice tech or contact center tech is a big plus
