Role Overview :

As a Solution Architect at T D Newton, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure solutions that meet our clients' complex business needs. You will collaborate closely with clients, business analysts, and development teams to understand requirements, define architectural blueprints, and ensure successful solution delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, cloud technologies, and integration patterns. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions that create significant business value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and document solution architectures that align with business requirements and IT strategies, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and architectural designs.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the solution development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

- Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, frameworks, and tools to support solution development, considering factors such as cost, performance, and scalability.

- Design and implement integration solutions between various systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

- Conduct architectural reviews and assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, recommending mitigation strategies to ensure solution integrity.

- Develop and maintain architectural artifacts, including diagrams, documentation, and standards, to ensure consistency and clarity across projects.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our solutions and recommending adoption strategies.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex enterprise solutions using a variety of technologies and platforms.

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices, including TOGAF framework.

- Proven experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including designing and deploying cloud-native applications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Experience with integration technologies and patterns, such as APIs, microservices, and message queues.

- Adaptable to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- 14-20 years of relevant experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Enterprise Architect.
