Job Location : Pune, Baner. Work from Office, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Experience : 14+ years

Education : IT Graduate or Post Graduate

Mandatory skill set : .Net / Azure

Skills required :

- Work with an AI-first mindset, actively identifying opportunities to integrate AI into processes, workflows, and solution design.

- Architecture and Strategy : design and implement scalable, secure cloud-based architecture for various applications and systems.

- Solution Design and Implementation : Design comprehensive solutions, including infrastructure, platforms, and software.

- Collaboration : Work with project managers, and technical and business teams to understand their needs and provide solutions.

- Security and Compliance : Design and enforce security protocols to protect data, applications, and systems.

- Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in cloud architecture.

- Leadership : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and cloud technologies.

- In-depth understanding of .Net and Databases and Azures Services. Knowledge of front-end technologies.

Requirements :

- Solution Architect with at least 4 yrs of experience / R&D Team Lead.

- Experience in multiple project architectures.

- Ability to lead solution design across several services projects simultaneously.

- Capability to guide and manage the R&D team.
