- Architect and design enterprise-grade Linux platforms and virtualization solutions
- Lead infrastructure design and implementation using Linux distributions such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Ubuntu
- Design and manage virtualization environments using technologies like VMware vSphere, KVM, or Hyper-V
- Define high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity strategies
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and cloud teams to align platform architecture with business needs
- Drive performance tuning, capacity planning, and system optimization initiatives
- Implement security hardening and compliance standards across Linux environments
- Lead automation initiatives using scripting and configuration management tools
- Support hybrid cloud integration with platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentorship to engineering teams
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements aligned with enterprise strategy
Ideal Candidate :
- Must have 8+ years of experience in Linux platform engineering, infrastructure, or architecture roles.
- Must have deep expertise in Linux operating systems (Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Ubuntu), including system administration, kernel tuning, and performance optimization.
- Must have strong experience with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, KVM, or Hyper-V) and architecting enterprise-grade virtualization environments.
- Must have experience defining high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity strategies.
- Must have experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and scripting (Bash/Python), along with familiarity in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Must have strong knowledge of networking, storage systems, and security hardening/compliance, with experience in Agile or DevOps-driven environments.
- Must have excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
