Solution Architect - Java/.Net Core

We are looking for a seasoned Solutions Architect with deep expertise in either the Microsoft Technology Stack or Open Source Stack to design enterprise-grade solutions for our global clients. You will lead architecture design across cloud, microservices, and enterprise platforms, embedding AI-first thinking to create scalable, cost-effective, and future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead solution architecture design and implementation across cloud environments, microservices, and enterprise platforms.

- Support pre-sales efforts including RFP responses, estimations, and client workshops.

- Define and evolve reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and accelerators.

- Serve as a trusted advisor on scalability, cost optimization, and digital transformation

journeys.

- Collaborate with delivery and practice teams to ensure successful execution of architecture vision.

- Embed AI-first principles by leveraging AI/ML services, generative AI, and cognitive

automation in solution design.

- Champion AI-enabled accelerators that reduce time-to-market and maximize client ROI.

Who Were Looking For :

- 10+ years of IT services experience, including at least 4 years in a solution architect or

leadership role.

Strong expertise in either :

- Microsoft Stack : Azure, .NET Core, SQL Server, Power Platform

- Open Source Stack : Java, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL

- Proven experience designing solutions for various service engagement models (T&M, fixed price, managed services).

- Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and AI-enabled solutions on platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Proficient in AI & Machine Learning tools (Azure Cognitive Services, AWS AI Services, GCP AI Tools).

- Skilled in front-end technologies : React, Angular.

- Strong backend development skills : Java, .NET Core, Python, Node.js.

- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).

- Familiarity with SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases.

- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, able to engage effectively at all organizational levels.

- Passionate about applying AI in enterprise workflowsfrom intelligent automation to data-driven decision frameworks.
