Solution Architect - Java

What You Will Do :

- Lead the architectural design and technical solutions for banking products and platforms.

- Partner with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and ensure end-to-end delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Oversee team management, fostering a collaborative and agile engineering culture.

- Drive continuous improvement in technology and engineering practices while mentoring team members.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution scalability, security, and performance.

- Act as a technical leader, providing guidance on Java-based solutions, data structures, algorithms, and best coding practices.

- Manage stakeholder communications effectively to align technical goals with business needs.

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science or related technical field.

- Proven Solution Architect experience in large-scale, enterprise-grade projects.

Strong hands-on expertise in :

- Java 8 or higher, Spring, Spring BootSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

- Microservices architecture, APIs, and cloud-ready applications

- Deep understanding of data structures and algorithms with strong coding skills.

- Experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives and modern digital technologies.

- Experience with Reactive programming (Spring Reactor), Redis, and frontend frameworks (Angular).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipeline, cloud deployment).

- Prior experience in banking or financial services domain (not mandatory).
