Role : Solution Architect AI Infrastructure & Private Cloud

Location : Bengaluru / Pune

Work Mode : 5 days/week

Role Overview :

Seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and lead AI infrastructure and private cloud environments. The role focuses on building scalable, high-performance platforms for AI/ML workloads, data platforms, and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design AI-ready infrastructure (GPU clusters, HPC, storage systems)

- Architect private cloud solutions (OpenStack, VMware)

- Build scalable AI/ML training and inference environments

- Implement containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Develop Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)

- Design high-performance networking (low latency, high throughput)

- Ensure scalability, availability, and security of platforms

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, platform, infra)

- Define standards, governance, and best practices

- Lead architecture design and technology evaluation

Mandatory Requirements :

- 8+ years in IT infrastructure / cloud / data center architecture

- Strong expertise in private cloud & virtualization (OpenStack, VMware vSphere)

- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure (GPU systems, HPC, AI storage)

- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible

- Experience designing scalable AI/ML pipelines (training & inference)

- Knowledge of Linux, networking, and storage architectures

- Experience with hybrid cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Strong stakeholder management and architecture leadership

Preferred Skills :

- Cloud / Kubernetes / VMware / OpenStack certifications

- Experience with MLOps and AI lifecycle platforms

- Knowledge of high-performance networking (InfiniBand, RDMA)

- Exposure to data lakes and big data platforms

- Experience in large-scale or hyperscale environments
