We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect specializing in Identity Access Management, with extensive technical leadership experience and strong architecture design skills.

This is a Solution Architect (Identity Access Management) role based in Pune. The position requires 10+ years of experience with strong knowledge in Identity Access Management, Active Directory, and Entra ID.

Responsibilities :

- Understand business requirements to develop effective solutions.

- Develop high-level and detailed solution designs, considering architecture, technology stack, integration points, scalability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.

- Ensure solutions align with best practices and industry standards.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Define and enforce architecture principles, standards, and best practices.

- Ensure solution architecture complies with organizational policies and aligns with overall enterprise architecture.

- Identify potential risks and issues related to the solution architecture and develop mitigation strategies.

- Design solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems, applications, and infrastructure.

- Define integration patterns, APIs, and data exchange formats to enable interoperability.

- Optimize performance and efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, adjusting configurations, and implementing performance-enhancing techniques.

- Ensure solution architecture incorporates robust security measures and compliance requirements.

- Define security controls, encryption mechanisms, access controls, and audit mechanisms to protect data.

- Produce comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications.

- Communicate solution architecture and design decisions effectively to stakeholders and project teams.

- Promote collaboration and teamwork across functional areas involved in projects.

- Work closely with developers, testers, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate solution performance, collect feedback to identify areas for improvement.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance solution effectiveness and value.

- 10+ years of experience

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

- At least 4 years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role
