Job Description :

This role executes solution designs, integration architectures, and configuration blueprints authored by the Enterprise Application Lead, and converts them into live, running systems across clients restaurant technology estate.

The Solutions Architect owns the end-to-end build-deploy-run cycle : environment setup, system build, integration implementation, UAT execution, production rollout, hypercare, and ongoing operational monitoring. Working across platforms including POS (POSIST), reservation management (EatApp), CRM & CDP (Capillary / Salesforce), loyalty (Karnival), reputation management (FamePilot), ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365), cloud analytics (Azure Data Factory, Databricks), and customer engagement channels (WhatsApp Bot, omnichannel platforms), this role ensures that every application is correctly implemented, rigorously tested, smoothly launched, and continuously monitored in production in line with the architecture and configuration direction set by the Enterprise Application Lead.

The Solutions Architect works in close collaboration with the Enterprise Application Lead, who owns strategy, roadmap, solution and integration design, configuration direction, vendor selection, and leadership engagement. The Solutions Architect converts that design and direction into delivered outcomes on the groundacross Premium Dining, QSR, and Club Business verticals.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in enterprise application implementation, systems integration delivery, or technical project execution. Hospitality, F&B, or retail industry experience is preferred.

2. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications in Azure (AZ-204, AZ-305), Salesforce Administrator, or equivalent platform certifications are a plus.

3. Hands-on implementation experience with at least two of the following : POS systems (POSIST, Oracle MICROS, or similar), CRM/CDP platforms (Salesforce, Capillary, or similar), ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar), reservation/table management platforms (EatApp, SevenRooms, or similar).

4. Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON/XML data formats, and hands-on experience building, wiring up, and troubleshooting system-to-system integrations against a defined integration design.

5. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services (Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Databricks, Azure PostgreSQL) or equivalent cloud platforms at an implementation level.

6. Ability to interpret solution and integration design documents and translate them into working configurations, deployments, and test plans.

7. Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data pipelines to support analytics and reporting implementation and troubleshooting.

8. Demonstrated experience with UAT planning, test case authoring, defect lifecycle management, and multi-location go-live coordination.

9. Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery and comfort working in sprint-based execution cycles.

10. Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to work effectively with vendor technical teams, outlet operations, and business stakeholders
