Solution Architect - Data Management

About the role :

As a Solution Architect, you will be the primary technical advisor and trusted partner for our key customers.

You'll work closely with customer stakeholders, internal engineering, and product teams to ensure our clients receive maximum value from our solution and resolve technical issues quickly.

Key Responsibilities :

Solutioning & Implementation :

- Provide end-to-end product solutioning aligned with client objectives, data flow, and technical infrastructure.

- Own customer onboarding lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment, go-live, and hypercare.

- Conduct technical workshops, integration mapping, and data architecture discussions.

Technical Advisory & Integrations :

- Understand client tech ecosystem and manage integrations via APIs, Webhooks, Data Connectors, and Data Pipelines.

- Convert business requirements into technical workflows, data models, and execution frameworks.

- Troubleshoot errors and collaborate with engineering teams for timely resolution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Data teams to deliver optimized solutions.

- Participate in solution design discussions and ensure delivery feasibility and scalability.

- Provide feedback to product teams to influence enhancements and feature improvements.

Documentation & Best Practices :

- Create scalable onboarding frameworks, documentation, and implementation playbooks.

- Build internal processes to reduce integration TAT and improve onboarding efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications :

Must-Have :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech / BE) or equivalent discipline.

- Strong hands-on understanding of SQL, REST APIs (Pull/Push/Webhooks), data management & debugging.

- Strong problem solving & analytical thinking with ability to deep dive into technical issues.

- Excellent communication skills clear, structured, and empathetic.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to marketing tech, retail tech, or CRM platforms.

- Knowledge of scripting, automation, or BI tools is a plus.

- Experience working with large enterprise data teams or marketing workflows
