Role Summary :

Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Adobe Workfront and Fusion solutions, enabling enterprise work management transformation, workflow optimization, and platform-driven business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead discovery workshops to define business requirements, pain points, and operating models.

- Architect end-to-end Workfront ecosystem, including Fusion integrations, data model, and workflows.

- Define target-state (To-Be) architecture, governance, and scalable operating model.

- Drive integration strategy (APIs, automation, data flows) across enterprise platforms (AEM, CRM, ERP, etc.).

- Provide technical leadership across implementation teams (config, integration, QA).

- Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and design standards.

- Support pre-sales, solution shaping, and proposal development.

- Ensure solution aligns with business KPIs (efficiency, throughput, automation).

Must-Have Skills :

- 10 15+ years total experience.

- 5+ years in Workfront / similar platform architecture.

- 23 large-scale implementation programs (must-have).

- Deep expertise in Adobe Workfront + Workfront Fusion architecture.

- Experience in enterprise workflow automation and integration design (REST APIs, connectors).

- Strong understanding of data modelling, system design, and enterprise architecture patterns.

- Proven experience leading large-scale Workfront implementations.

- Stakeholder management and consulting skills.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Adobe ecosystem (AEM, Analytics, Campaign, Target).

- Exposure to MarTech / Work Management transformation programs.

- Experience in multi-region / global delivery models.
