Required Candidate Profile :

- 15+ years of experience in the Technology industry.

- 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture / Solutioning.

- 5+ years of experience working within Capital Markets or Wealth Management technology environments.

- Strong hands-on experience with API architecture, Kafka, and event-streaming platforms.

- Strong understanding of microservices, cloud architecture, application integration, and distributed systems.

- Experience in business architecture and domain modelling.

- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and integration frameworks.

- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and provide hands-on technical guidance.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.

- Experience with large-scale technology transformation and modernization programs.
