Description :

- 10+ years of experience in IT/Core Systems

- Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in General Insurance domain

- Hands on experience working in a General Insurance company (mandatory)

- Direct experience with Policy Administration System (PAS)

- Strong exposure to TCS BaNCS transformation / implementation / enhancement programs

- Proven experience managing large, complex core platforms in production

Technical Skills (Must Have) :

- Deep understanding of General Insurance business flows

- Strong PAS architecture knowledge

- Core platform architecture (preferably BaNCS)

- Integration patterns (ESB, APIs, messaging)

- High volume, high availability system design

- Data migration and core system upgrade experience

- Release and production risk management

Good to Have :

- Experience in legacy PAS modernization

- Exposure to cloud based deployment of core platforms

- Experience working with multi vendor ecosystem

- Certification or formal training in architecture or program delivery
